Chasing Happiness

An honest podcast about finding happiness, what it really means and the process of getting there. This podcast will focus on conversations with people from around the world who explain what happiness is to them, how they found it (or are working on finding it in life) and what lessons they've learned along the way. We can all learn from each others life stories, struggles and triumphs. We live in this amazingly diverse world where life, culture and daily life varies day to day. By hearing from people who come from different backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles we will explore how we are all simply looking to live a life full of joy and purpose every day.

This week on the podcast we revisit an episode from earlier this year. This is our most listened to episode so far this year so I thought it was worth revisiting.

This week on the podcast I'm talking wine, family-run businesses, and Multiple Sclerosis with Justine and Stephanie.

Over 77,000 live with MS; almost ¾ are women. On average, 8 women and 3 men are diagnosed with MS every day in Canada.

Canada has one of the highest rates of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the world. While it is most often diagnosed in young adults aged 20 to 49, younger children and older adults are also diagnosed with the disease.

To purchases the wine we chat about please go to www.carolinecellars.com and part of the proceeds go to MS research.

Also check out the MS Society of Canada for facts, information and to donate MS Society of Canada

This week on the podcast I'm talking about the ACEs research and why it matters to all of us.

I am not an expert but I believe that we can all learn from this study and improve our lives.

Today on the podcast I talk about the importance of being able to take personal time when we need it. When I woke up this morning I had a "to-do" list a mile long but I didn't feel well so I was faced with a choice. Work and only give it about 30% or move everything around so you can take personal time to feel better.

This is something we all need to be doing more of.
