Taking time away from technology is important for our mental health. Now with Covid-19 and our social lives dependent on zoom meetings and social media we need a break now more than we ever have before.
This week on the podcast I talk about why we need to stop paying attention to the number on the scale. A number on a scale doesn't tell us anything about our health and only adds to our stress and unhappiness.
As we get older we stop looking at the world with amazement and a sense of awe. We no longer see the universe as magical. We don't wonder how bees fly or why butterflies are so beautiful.
We need more awe and wonder in our lives.
