It's been a long week for many of us. Every time we turn around something new seems to be taking place. So this week I wanted to focus on the conversation we all need to have about life in order for us to grow and change. We don't talk about things like how much money we make or why protests happen. We need to get used to having uncomfortable conversations about every aspect of life if we hope to grow.
