Working with people who were at the end of their lives Kim saw first how how talking to families about the story, history and adventures of each person could be part of the healing process while dealing with the grief of losing a loved one.
Kim has a way with words and chats with me about she discovered this talent as a child and how we can all tap into our stories in a way that is meaningful to us.
With workshops and other great tools Kim uses her business to help others get comfortable with their story and learn to change the narrative so they can be empowered by chapters that have come before.

For Intermittent Fasting Coach and Author, Laurie Lewis, menopause dealt a crushing blow -- brain fog, lack of balance, memory loss, and the sudden gain of 50 pounds of stubborn hormonal fat. She tried everything she knew to feel better, and the methods that worked in the past made no difference.
After four years of struggle, Laurie stumbled upon Intermittent Fasting and started fasting that very same day. The menopausal fog lifted in less than one week, she had more energy and felt more “like herself.” She lost 51 pounds in 15 months and has kept it off for years.
We chat about how this change has helped her mind and body and how you can make a small step towards the same success as you age. Your body is not the enemy and Laurie has been able to help hundreds of people reset their body to live full, energetic lives.

Life doesn't come with an instruction manual and we can't possibly know things we have never been taught. Having someone with experience who can help you navigate those things you've never been through before can be helpful in times of stress.

What if you had to pay for your opinions?
Would you force what you think is right on other people?
Would you wager your home or your life savings on what you think?
This week on the podcast I talk about a thought experiment I heard recently that I wanted to share with you.
Madi made a choice as a teen to follow a friend of hers to Haiti and do some humanitarian outreach at an orphanage. This experience changed her and opened her eyes to the world around her. This week on the podcast I chat with Madi about how this shaped her, why she made this choice and what her advice is for anyone who is thinking about making a trip or starting to do outreach work like she did.
Some people can't wait for the world to re-open and for life to get back to normal. Others are going to need time to adjust and feel safe in order to get back to some of those 'normal' activities. As parts of the world re-open and get back to the new normal you need to focus on you, your family and not worry about what others are choosing or not choosing to do. Respect others choices and do what makes you feel comfortable and safe.
This week on the Podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris Delaney. Chris is known as the Intentional Connector: conscious business architect, thought leader, creative visionary, and expert in human connection.

connection.
I got to know Chris through the clubhouse app and we chat about the movement he is creating and how we can all live a vibrant and full life. Check out the movement at shorturl.at/qrFV6
